Story
It started with a follow. A simple follow. No one knew it would end in a whole wedding.
Kenechukwu was in Lagos doing his thing. Mmesoma was in Houston doing hers. Then one day the internet, in its infinite wisdom, decided to introduce us. One message led to another and before we knew it we were talking every day like we had known each other for years.
Now for Kenechukwu, talking was not enough. This man decided that Lagos to Houston was not a problem. He packed a bag, booked a flight and showed up. Just like that. His explanation? “You are my wife. I have prayed for this moment. I just had to come and confirm.”
We looked at each other and we both knew. The random Instagram find, the instant connection, the aligned values, this was not by our power. This was God showing off.
Since then home has been wherever we both are. Hotel rooms, new cities, airport lounges, candlelit restaurants at odd hours of the night. We have built a life in the in between spaces and we would not trade it for anything.
On August 30th 2026 we are choosing each other in front of every single person we love, and every day after that too. We are inviting you into our world. The late nights, the long flights, the love that refused to mind the distance.
Come and eat. Come and dance. Come and witness what happens when God decides to show off.
